Terrible agency
This is probably the worst agency I have ever worked with. Horrible communication and so unorganized. A lot of “he said” “she said” and nothing ever gets done in a timely manner regarding submittals even when you do everything they ask for in a timely manner. They do no value your time at all. They take forever to get you submitted and even gather all the necessary paperwork. Always something wrong on their end so it takes many weeks to see anything happen. Pay is very low compared to other agencies I have worked for. I wonder how much more of the bill rate they’re taking honestly. Would not recommend this agency to anyone and probably should avoid at all costs to save yourself a headache.
I loved my recruiter Cynthia Shoffner but unfortunately she left for better opportunities as did I. Not only were they not supportive, they had horrible benefits that you had to wait until the first of the month after 60 days of working there so if I started 12/01/2020 I would have to wait until 03/01/2021. Luckily I started 11/30/2020 and did receive them until 02/01/2021. The compliance manager was very stressful when submitting my documents and the clinical liaison specialist nurse was supposed to call me on New Years Eve because I felt that the facility was threatening to my license and she never did! Then when I choose to end my contract early about 1 1/2 months later she called about 3 weeks later to ask what happened. Not good job stability or support, benefits are horrible, and honestly my recruiter admitted they did not have many opportunities which I would agree. I landed them the contract at the hospital I worked at with my experience, no gratitude expressed.
