The most important of the many positive aspects of Antwan Spivey is that he is straightforward and honest. If he's able to get something for you, he says it and does it - and if it's impossible, he tells you that as well so you don't hold onto any false hopes. Antwan persuaded me - softly might I add - to leave a secure job of 16.5 years and enter the world of travel medical technologist, and it was one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. He acknowledged that MANY - though not all - of the hospital jobs needing travelers are less than stellar hospitals or locations or situations. Yet he acquired two excellent positions that were great experiences and has been an excellent recruiter, advocate and - dare I say it - even a friend (like an online one) for the past 15 months. My temporary move from HCI was (in part) a product of his honesty, but he continued trying to place me in accordance with my wishes. He listens to the tech, he responds, and he tries to accomplish the best situation possible for those he represents. Recruiters would have a much better name and reputation if they followed the example of Mr Spivey. I highly recommend him as your recruiter, you will not be disappointed.
