From the start, the experience with this agency was unpleasant. My original recruiter left and so he got replaced with Daniel who knew absolutely nothing about my contract. Daniel is a new father (congrats) however, it's so time consuming that he's actually unable to get back to you within one or two days response time during BUSINESS HOURS. I was not contacting during the weekend night, it was 3pm on a Wednesday and I could not receive a call back because of the newborn. The onboarding specialist, Dawn, has almost no understanding of the documentation required for submission. In addition, she is not very accommodating or flexible as they say when trying to coordinate onboarding appointments; in fact, she continued to tell me to book an appointment for a location which I already had the second appointment of the day but still had to wait more than 4 hours. When I told Dawn about this, all she said was "Well they said if you actually book the appointment then you shouldn't wait long". After talking to Daniel about my unpleasant experience BEFORE even starting the contract, I asked to speak with a supervisor about a new recruiter. Low and behold, the "supervisor" is his wife Bre who also has to take care of the newborn during business hours. So now I am handed off to Daniel's wife and pretty much still getting texts from Daniel although I specified I do not wish to work with him. Now, moving into the contract, I was not able to access benefits for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. When I raised concern about this, I was told "We did everything we could, Idk why it's not working." with no further follow up or reassurance. This is a stark contrast from a bigger company like Medical Solutions. DO NOT SIGN HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. OF ALL MY ASSIGNMENTS, THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH AN AGENCY. To this day, my calls don't get answered and I have to wait at least day or two for a text response. Sign ANYWHERE else.
