Planet has been my 3rd agency thus far and Alexis is my 4th recruiter. I can honestly say the professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness of Planet as a whole has blown everyone else out of the park. I’ve never had any issues at all and Alexis specifically has always been one text away to answer all of my questions. She goes to bat for me to get the most possible take home at each contract, even matching some of the pay that is advertised by other agencies. Planet healthcare is my #1 choice for contracts now and I don’t anticipate ever going back! I’d highly recommend Alexis for new and returning travelers who are looking to have a variety of options.

I have worked with Alexis and Planet Healthcare for a little over 2 years and I have absolutely loved my time with them. The rates are always stellar and they are very responsive and reliable. The 401k benefits as well are fantastic. Overall I have had no complaints but any concerns I have voiced have been tended to very quickly!

The job details/pay have always been transparent, I have always been paid on time, and their rates are competitive. Sent a contract and claimed was a higher rate. When asking who would take the contract when there are higher rates compared to the posted contract, comments "don't worry there's plenty of people in Boston" and ended chat. Think he even blocked me, which is fine. I don't want to hear from this guy again.

I really wanted to review the company because there were other individuals who too meet the above chosen ranking. If I could select "0" stars I would have. No one ever follows up with regard to questions, processes or anything for that matter. They lie by omission, yet the company states they are transparent, well not if your employees aren't. Nevertheless I will never again use a sub-par travel agency if they are not the big know companies it's a waste of time, all money isn't good money
