At NurseFly, we are highly focused on bringing on top talent while giving them the opportunity to grow their careers and impact rapidly. The new year gives us the opportunity to highlight this growth and the journeys our employees have embarked on through joining NurseFly.
Abby Doeg joined us from Invision as a BDR in the middle of 2020. She has since exceeded her targets substantially while preparing for a role in Customer Success to drive deeper relationships with our customer base. Additionally, her experience at a fully remote company was an incredible asset as NurseFly adapted to the COVID 19 pandemic. She is moving into a CSM role this month and is very excited to help our customers get more value from NurseFly as we transform healthcare hiring. This is a great testament to the importance of BDRs to our organization both to generate pipeline and as the talent pipeline for our organization.
Katelyn Harris will be moving to Account Director – Staffing Solutions where she will lead new business across Allied, Travel, and Home Health agencies. She joined us as a CSM last year and is moving to a sales position helping us grow our relationships and increase the amount of employers on our marketplace. She identified this passion in Q4 of 2020 and has been splitting duties across sales and her role in CS while managing to overperform while in both areas. Katelyn has been a great addition to the team and we are looking forward to fostering her amazing skills in her new role!
Lena Nylen will be moving to Team Lead, Customer Success (CS) and will be leading our growing CS function. Lena joined us as a CSM in mid 2020 and has worked closely with her customer base to improve their usage of NurseFly. She has also helped us improve many of our processes related to customer onboarding and support. She has consistently delivered value beyond customer expectations and we are excited to see her grow into her new role.
Matt McCollough will be moving to Customer Delivery Manager, which is a new role focused on helping customers connect with candidates more effectively. As NurseFly grows across a larger set of employers, Matt will be focused on working with customers, and our concierge team to drive more hiring and more effective matchmaking on our platform.
As Head of Sales, I am immensely proud of my co-workers’ achievements. Please join me in congratulating these individuals on their new roles and I’m looking forward to seeing the impact they will drive at NurseFly in 2021. It’s personally very exciting for me to see the mobility and career opportunities these folks have taken advantage of at NurseFly.
NurseFly employs human resource professionals, marketing experts, individuals that are well versed in the healthcare staffing industry, and even a few nurses to help guide our vision.
