Position Purpose: The Licensed Registered Nurse provides and coordinates patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care. # Essential Functions (list in order of importance including measures) # Implements the plan of care; within the concepts of the Licensed Registered Nurse curriculum; with consideration for safety in practice; according to established prioritization of needs; documenting and communicating nursing interventions and responses of patient(s) to care.# 50% # Evaluates patient(s) responses to nursing care rendered; documents and communicates evaluation data to appropriate health care team members; contributes to the modification of the nursing plan of care based on ongoing evaluation.# 20% # Assesses patient(s) by direct observation and data collection. Records and report#s objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner.
