We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to help our growing group practice in San Angelo, TX. Role Overview: * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units * Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients Key Responsibilities: * Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments * Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care * Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis * Prescribe and manage medications * Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements: * Hold a valid full PMHNP license * Active TX license * Active DEA preferred but not required * Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation Expected compensation (fee for service) range of $25,529 to $35,740 with no cap productivity income potential.
