We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to help our growing group practice in Texarkana, Texas. Role Overview: * Schedule: 2 days a week Monday to Friday * Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units * Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients Key Responsibilities: * Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments * Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care * Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with Mental Health disorders * Prescribe and manage medications * Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements: * Hold a valid full PMHNP license * Active TX license * Active DEA preferred but not required * Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation: Expected compensation (fee for service) range of $51,015 to $71,421 with no cap productivity income potential.
