Clinical (RN) Supervisor

As needed, provides clinical care. Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental and divisional nursing philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System initiatives. EDUCATION/TRAINING: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.# Two years healthcare supervisory experience preferred.# Requirements may vary based on clinic specialty. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois.## Bi-annual CPR required. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
