ICU Registered Nurse (Full-Time)
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions closely, and administering intensive treatments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities: * Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU, including those recovering from surgery, trauma, or severe illnesses. * Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and telemetry data, recognizing and reporting any changes promptly. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. * Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. * Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols. Requirements: * Active Florida RN License * BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required * ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required. * Proven experience in ICU/Critical Care setting or similar acute care setting strongly preferred. * Strong Clinical Assessment and Critical Thinking Skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. * Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or similar certification highly desirable. * Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred
