We also an Excellent Benefits Package, Nurse Retention Bonus, Flex/Advance Pay, Tuition Reimbursement, Career Growth Ladder, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K Plan. * Sign-On Bonus $7,500 For All Full-Time Hires!* * Competitive Salary $33.00-$41.00/hr and Shift Differentials!* Responsibilities * Responsible for assisting in the delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation * Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines * Review all referrals for consultation, treatment or resolution of problems are valid and applicable to the documented nurse plans * Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure the provision of resident care plans are met * Implement physician's orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for the care of the resident * Seeks opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels * Set and implement goals and policies consistent with the philosophy and purpose of FutureCare's nursing facility Qualifications * Must hold an active Registered Nurse license issued in the state of Maryland * 1 year of nursing experience preferred * Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long-term health care facility a plus * Must possess a current CPR license
