Home Health Aide II - Days - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma


 

$2,000 Sign On Bonus - $1,000 pay out at 90 days and $1,000 pay out at one year

Overview:

 

Administers personal care and related services in the home for the patient as assigned by the Case Manager or Hospice Manager.


Qualifications:

 

Education: Must have a high school diploma or GED. Complete appropriate hours and pass test required for the position.
Experience: Six months experience working with people and an interest in working with people.
Certifications: Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certification. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
Preferred Experience:  2 years of experience in Home Health setting.
Preferred Certifications: Home Health Aide or Long Term Care Aide Certification.
