Pros
Traveler friendly, ratios were decent 2:1 in ICU and usually 4:1 in their PCU/stepdown, occasionally going to 5:1 depending on staffing.
Cons
Housing was tough to find, I had to stay about 30 minutes away. The management structure was being changed when I left in Nov of '23, so cannot comment on how it is since then. Normal toxicity/low morale among staff who have never worked elsewhere. Meditech charting...ugh.
