**Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist • Days**

Join our team in Dorchester, MA, for an 8•week summer contract as a Home Health Physical Therapist.

**Position Details:**

• **Duration:** 8 weeks
• **Schedule:** 40 hours/week, Monday•Friday, some weekends
• **Shift:** Daytime, flexible
• **Certifications:** BLS
• **License:** Active Physical Therapist License
• **Experience:** 2+ years, home health preferred

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver personalized physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document using Oasis EMR
• Collaborate with a diverse care team
