Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to follow PT plan of care and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel PTA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with common skilled nursing documentation systems preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0830-1630.
• Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week (5x8).
