Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• Work in acute care setting with flexible scheduling requirements
• Cover general ultrasound, weekends, call shifts, and 2nd shift
• Call rotation for weekends: Saturday 9:30 PM - 7:00 AM and Sunday 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
• Weekday call rotation Monday-Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM and Friday 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• 6 sonographers rotate weekend call with flexibility to trade
• If working weekend call, no weekday call required except for PTO coverage
• Must be flexible and have RVT accreditation
• Vascular and general ultrasound experience required
• Use Expanse - hCare charting system
• Must complete C.A.H.E.P. accredited training program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Required certifications: ARDMS, BLS (AHA), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) via ARDMS
• ARRT certification in Radiology required
• Must be registered by ARDMS or ARRT with certification in one specialty (AB, OB/Gyn, PS, RVT)
• CCI acceptable but not preferred
• Must provide copy of unexpired driver's license (100 mile radius rule)
• Background checks required and any hits must be disclosed at submission
• 2 shifts cancellation policy per 13 week contract

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
