Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Weekly start dates available with ASAP start date
• 31-bed adult medical surgical telemetry unit with tech support
• Patient ratios typically 1:5 during days and 1:6 during nights
• Float within skillset as needed
• Required to wear navy blue scrubs
• RN compact license required
• BLS certification required
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system
• Work with common equipment including IV pumps, wound vac, SCD machines, CPM machines, feeding pumps, oxygen equipment, remote tele packs, and PCA pumps
• Care for patients with common diagnoses including cholecystitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis, pneumonia, cellulitis, bowel obstruction, wounds, total joint replacements, bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, and spine surgery
