Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work with patients in Pre-op and Post-op Phase II/Procedures in Day Surgery Unit
• Plan and coordinate delivery of quality nursing care utilizing ANA Standards of Nursing Practice
• Provide leadership while working cooperatively with other clinical personnel
• Must be available to work evening/weekend call rotations
• Epic experience required - facility transitioning from Meditech to Epic EMR system during assignment
• Minimum 3 years RN experience in Day Surgery/Procedure/IV Infusion (not Chemo)
• PACU/CCU experience required
• Graduate of accredited or state board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• Colorado RN licensure in good standing required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS through American Heart Association with cards in-hand before start date
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Must live at least 75 miles away from facility (radius rule)
• CAPS requirement must be completed through Colorado.gov (may take up to two weeks)

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
