RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• On-call requirement for evenings and weekends
• Must have proficiency with Balloon pump, Impella, Atherectomy devices, cardiac medication drips, and emergency medications
• STEMI experience required
• Minimum 18 months RN experience required, 2 years preferred
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs
• Skills required include interventional radiology, angioplasty, carotid stenting, upper and lower extremity angiography, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, pressure ulcer assessment/prevention, sheath removal/monitoring, vascular closure systems, radiation and laser safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
• Must be nicotine-free and pass negative 10 panel + nicotine drug screen within 12 months of start
• EKG and pharmacy test required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start (6-15 hours, non-billable)
• Compliance documents due Monday prior to start date
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
