Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour shifts with occasional weekend varied call shifts
• Must be registered in echo (ARDMS with RDCS or RCS) and vascular (RVT or RVS) for adults
• Candidates with vascular registry only will be considered as long as they can perform Echo
• Pediatric experience is a bonus
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• 3-6 weekend shifts per contract required
• Serve patients of all age groups including adolescents, infants, and adults
• Handle approximately 8 visits per day in 3 rooms with daily census of 80
• Work with various echo equipment including GE and Philips systems
• Perform procedures including 3-D Echo, bubble studies, TEE, stress echo, and portable studies
• Travel experience preferred
• Altera charting system experience preferred but not required
• Must complete pre-arrival lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Required to complete 6-8 hours of non-billable modules during orientation
• Facility conducts mandatory drug screening upon arrival including marijuana testing
