RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day shifts in Post-anesthesia Care Unit
• 13-week travel assignment
• 2 years of hospital experience required
• Must have active compact nursing license at time of submission
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Patient ratios of 1-2:1 in a 10-bed unit
• Handle postoperative care for general, urological, orthopedic, obstetric, and robotic surgery cases
• 1-2 call nights per week (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
• 2-3 weekend days over a 4-week schedule (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
• Rotating weekday night call and rotating weekend call responsibilities
• Work with a team of 2 nursing staff members on the unit
