American Traveler is offering a traveling RN Pediatric ICU assignment in New York NY
Job Duties: Pediatric ICU RNRNs in Pediatric ICU nursing jobs provide comprehensive services to children recovering from orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, and general surgeries, as well as care for children with chronic illness, single or multi-organ failure, or patients undergoing organ transplants. Candidates for Pediatric ICU travel nurse jobs should have experience in technologically-advanced pediatric intensive care units (PICU) as well as both surgical and ICU units. Duties of Pediatric ICU nursing jobs include the prioritization and monitoring of patients with high-acuity conditions and the reporting of results to the pediatrician. PICU RNs also act as liaisons between the physicians and the patients’ families as well as other medical staff. Essential Qualifications- All Registered Nurse candidates must have or be able to obtain a valid professional license within the state of practice
