Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2 years of L&D experience and active certifications including NRP and ACLS, working night shifts at a hospital-based delivery room.

Details

• Position is based in a hospital delivery room (L&D) setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract
• Must be available to work any day of the week — self-scheduling is not available

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN
• CPI Prevention First certification required (available as a 30-minute on-demand video for approximately $25)
• Social Security number (full SSN preferred; last 4 digits accepted), driver's license, and date of birth required for consideration
• One professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates
• RTO requests should not exceed 7 days for the duration of the contract
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tenet Healthcare as a permanent employee must obtain MSP approval prior to being considered
