Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week adult critical care day shift contract at a prestigious academic medical center in Boston, MA.

Details

• Adult critical care unit in a large academic hospital setting in Boston, MA
• Day shift schedule: 6:15 AM – 6:45 PM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Epic EMR — experience preferred
• Hamilton ventilator experience preferred

Requirements

• RRT credential required (NBRC certified)
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts RCP/RRT license required — no conditional or pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification required — AHA only; Red Cross not accepted at this location
• License required if applicable
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult critical care patients
• Time off requests (RTO) must be disclosed prior to placement
• Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will be offered a reduced rate
• No validated parking available at Boston location; public parking costs approximately $17–$22 per day; public transportation is available
• Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
• First-time travelers will be considered — no prior travel experience required
