Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position at an acute care hospital in Kansas, requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications with a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

• Work in a recently expanded Emergency Department at an acute care hospital in Hutchinson, KS
• Newly expanded ED spans 16,000 sq ft and includes two major trauma rooms, 13 private treatment rooms, four Fast-Track units, two private triage rooms, and an updated diagnostic imaging suite
• 19-bed Emergency Department
• 12-hour night shifts with start times available at 7a, 11a, 3p, or 7p
• 13-week contract
• Charting performed in Cerner EMR
• Traveler may be required to work in a charge RN capacity at times

Requirements

• Active RN license in Kansas or a compact state license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS
• BSN not required
