Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract covering adult patient populations on a Monday–Friday day shift schedule.
Details
- Home health setting using a home care home base model
- Patient population consists of adult health care cases
- Caseload of 6 patient visits per day
- Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), 5x8-hour shifts
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Block scheduling (M–F) can be accommodated
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Home health experience preferred
- MD PT state license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- PDF copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted
- Maximum of 1 RTO request allowed during the contract
