Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for an outpatient setting in Flagstaff, AZ, with a preference for candidates holding a Hand Therapy Certification and an active AZ OT license in hand.
Details
- Outpatient occupational therapy clinic offering OT, PT, and SLP services
- Multidisciplinary setting with in-network orthopedics, neurology, and primary care providers
- 1:1 direct patient care model
- Daily caseload of 8–11 patients per 8-hour day
- Schedule options: 4x10s (0800–1800) or 5x8s (0800–1700), Monday through Friday
- No weekend, on-call, or floating requirements
- Charting via Cerner
- Business casual dress code
- Free parking available on-site
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active AZ OT license required — license must be in hand prior to assignment start; obtaining an AZ OT license, including fingerprint clearance, can take 10–12 weeks
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) highly preferred
- License required if applicable

- All requested time off must be submitted and approved by the facility
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including OT, PT, SLP, orthopedic, neurology, and primary care providers
- Expected to adhere to facility quality and patient safety standards, including BCMA medication administration protocols
