Radiologic Technologist Job Details

• Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Georgia healthcare jobs)
• Facility Type: Outpatient Imaging Department
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (December 22, 2025 – March 21, 2026)
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2270 - $2330 per week
• Employment Type: Travel Mammography Technologist
• Holiday Coverage: Required to work 1 major holiday (Christmas Day or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve)

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
• Valid ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Willingness to travel and work onsite (no local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms in a busy outpatient healthcare setting
• Support mammography volumes and assist with diagnostic imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and other clinical imaging professionals
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care throughout all radiology procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Participate in required holiday coverage as part of the imaging team
