Job Details

• Location: York, Maine (03909) with assignments at surrounding walk-in care facilities: Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, Kittery
• Job Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist / Rad Tech
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Guaranteed Hours)
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm; weekend and on-call rotation; varied shifts possible (days, evenings, overnights if CT trained)
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (with potential extension)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1470 - $1580 per week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a Radiologic Technologist (2+ years hospital experience preferred)
• ARRT Registered (Radiography)
• Current Maine RT Licensure
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Ability to travel between multiple clinic locations and adapt to varied workflows
• Preferred: CT technologist experience / CT certification, Bone Density (DEXA), Fluoroscopy, C-arm, and Portable radiography experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging exams (XR, portable X-ray, and CT if CT-trained) in outpatient and walk-in care settings
• Provide patient-centered care, ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Support walk-in care operations by assisting with patient registration, basic clerical tasks, and efficient patient flow
• Follow imaging protocols, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Participate in weekend and on-call rotations as scheduled; demonstrate flexibility to cover multiple locations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to deliver coordinated diagnostic imaging services
