Professional Credentials

• MGB Badge Photo: Recent color photo (within 6 months), plain background, no eyeglasses, symmetrical headshot.
• BLS Certification: AHA preferred; Red Cross accepted.
• ARRT Certification: Required.
• License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification of professional license/certification required within 30 days of start date. MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• MGB Criminal Background Check: Must include past 7 years of residence, employment, and education.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI: State criminal history check within 30 days prior to start.
• MGB SSN Trace: Must list addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check: Conducted within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks: Search of OIG, GSA, MassHealth, and NH Medicaid exclusion lists.
• MGB Education Verification: Verification of highest education level achieved.
• MGB Resume: Include 7 years of work experience with city and state.
• MGB References: Two recent references, at least one supervisor or above.
• MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet: Required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required for all initial assignments and extensions.

Health and Safety Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccine required. No exemptions.
• Fit Test: N95 fit test within 365 days of start date; must be completed on MGB form. No religious exemptions.
• Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation: Required and must be updated if medical status changes.
• MMR Vaccine or Immunity: Documentation of measles, mumps, and rubella vaccination or immunity required.
• TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON/T-spot blood test within 3 months of start date; updated if >6 month break.
• Positive PPD - Negative Chest X-Ray: Required if TB test positive.
• Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date; updated if >6 month break.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30). No exemptions.
• Hepatitis B: Strongly preferred to have vaccination record or proof of immunity or declination.
• Tdap Vaccine: Preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
• MGB TB Symptom Survey: Required if positive PPD; must be completed prior to start and updated annually.

This is a 12-month travel assignment for a Mammography-Sonography Technician at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. The position requires a full set of professional certifications, background checks, and health clearances including COVID-19 vaccination and N95 fit testing. Compliance with Mass General Brigham’s credentialing and onboarding requirements is mandatory. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
