Description
Job Title: Case Management RN
Location: Eureka, CA
Start Date: 06/08/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years acute care Case Management experience
- Acute care hospital experience required
- Must be open to floating between like units based on need
- Weekend requirement: Every Other Weekend
- Experience with Epic charting preferred
- No call required
Preferred:
- Strong discharge planning and care coordination background
- Ability to adapt to department needs
Notes:
- First-time travelers accepted with Clinical approval
- Locals accepted
- Parking details provided during orientation
- Facility offers housing assistance for travelers if needed
