Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience

• Active Illinois RN License required at submission

• Epic charting experience required

• BLS & ACLS required

• NIHSS preferred

• First-time travelers accepted

• Locals accepted

Key Skills

• Ventilator Management

• Arterial Line Management

• Central Line Care

• Cardiac Monitoring & Dysrhythmia Management

• Titration of Cardiac Drips

• Titration of Vasoactive Drips

• Critical Care Patient Management

Preferred Skills

• Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)

• Swan Ganz / Pulmonary Artery Line Monitoring

Unit Details

• 24-bed ICU

• Typical Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:2

• Adult & Geriatric Population

• Neurological and Cardiac Critical Care Focus

• Rapid Response & Code Teams Available

• Floating Required as Needed

• Extra Shifts Available

Schedule Requirements

• Every Other Weekend Required

• No Block Scheduling

• Maximum 7 Days RTO
