Review for 2018, perhaps things have changed: Nurses are great and generally do what they can. Patient ratios are decent, could be worse. Hospital is very nice and equipment are decent. There are resources available should you desire it. However it is a busy community hospital so you have lots of nursing tasks. On top of that, it also has residents that are toxic and management is down the hall past 3 sets of badges doors, so not much is done about it. Break system is unofficial (you agree with another nurse to break each other and watch each other’s patients) so monitors are set up in the break room. But, Cost of living is great and it is around an up and coming town that is becoming a city. People and patients are wonderful.
