Overview

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Speech Language Pathologists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

 

Our pediatric team has more than 150 skilled pediatricians and pediatric specialists, including a full-service hospitalist program who work with providers from around the region to provide high quality care to more than 100,000 pediatric patients annually. Additionally, we have a Level IV NICU and a 13-bed PICU, the first in the state of Idaho.  St. Luke's Children's Hospital is also developing a pediatric trauma program.

What you can expect as a Speech Language Pathologist at St. Luke’s

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree from an accredited speech therapy program.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid license or provisional permit to practice speech therapy in Idaho and Current CPR certification
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Acute Care/IRU pediatric experience
    • Strong speech and language evaluation and treatment skills
    • Strong cognitive/executive functioning evaluation and treatment skills
    • Feeding experience preferred
    • VFSS experience preferred
