THE ANDERS DIFFERENCE
You're committed to providing exceptional healthcare. We're committed to you.
Anders Group was founded by a team of healthcare recruiters who had built strong relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals nationwide. As staffing firms shifted their focus to numbers and margins, these recruiters saw a need for a company to take a different approach to staffing. Anders Group was founded in 2010 to do just that. We focus on individual and facility goals to make quality placements. Great people working with great facilities make for the best placements. Through our focus on providing the best experience to Allied and Nursing health care professionals, Anders Group has grown to be a top staffing firm in Healthcare. We look forward to working with you!
The only agency that seems to go out of their way to screw you on the pay. They will jip you out of overtime and Holiday pay, then attempt to gaslight you. This agency y has used car dealership vibes. It's the only agency I REFUSE to work with again
I submitted for a job and never heard anything back from the recruiter or the hospital. I tried calling several times to follow up and my calls just went to a generic voicemail. I never heard back from anyone. This was several weeks ago. If you are in the business to place clients in positions I would think you could at least return their phone calls or give them other options to try to sign them to some kind of assignment. I felt like I wasted my time jumping through all of their hoops with references and resumes and have never heard back from them. Good luck getting anyone to return your calls. 20 days later I still have heard nothing. If you plan on waiting over a month to get an assigment try Anders.
I applied for an assignment and I never heard back from anyone, recruiter or hospital. I called the recruiter several times to follow-up about the job and I only ever got a generic voicemail. The recruiter never called me back about the position or never even bothered to give me other options I may have been interested instead. If you are in the business to fill positions, you may want to give your clients options and return their calls.
at the beginning they were great. But each time an issue arose, there always seemed to be more and more issues instead of direct answers. No real insurance affordability. No aggressiveness on taking up for me as their traveler.
Have done a couple of assignments with them. They act as if they're doing you a favor by letting you work for'em. Not very happy when you leave them for another agency even though they can't find a suitable assignment for you.
