Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive recovery care to patients post-anesthesia, utilizing EPIC EMR system.
Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 for higher acuity or pediatric cases.
Handle a variety of cases including pediatric and mixed OR procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations including weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
Adapt to floating to inpatient units when needed and provide Phase 2 recovery as required.
Assist in vented patient care and respond to emergency situations efficiently.

Qualifications

Valid RN license with experience in PACU preferred.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Experience with EPIC charting system is preferred.
Flexibility in working mixed shifts with weekend and on-call rotation readiness.
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
