Supplemental Health Care is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing provider, partnering with a Correctional facility in Savannah, GA in search of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Assignment Details:
Location: Savannah, GA
Setting: County Detention Center
Shift Days/Hours: 12hr Days, 36/48hr work weeks
Contract details: 13-Weeks with the option to extend
Start dates: December start or 2 weeks after the offer
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
Previous Corrections experienced preferred
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for the performances of basic nursing duties to include execution of physician orders, operation of pill call, operation of sick call, med pass, and assisting the physician in examinations and treatments and performs technical/clinical procedures within the scope of his/her license.

LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
Must have graduated from an approved school of nursing
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
IV Certified (preferred)
BLS AHA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
