Job Description

• Position: Physical Therapist
• Experience Required: 2 years
• Shift Details:

  • Monday and Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Work Week: Currently 37.5 hours; potential for 40 hours if willing to start earlier on Monday and Wednesday.
• Patient Age Group: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Communication System: SBAR

Certifications and Licenses

• State License Required
• Certifications:

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• Competencies:

  • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (80% score required)
  • General Competency Exam (80% score required)

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical Exam: Within 1 year
• TB Testing: 2 Negative PPDs or acceptable alternatives within 1 year
• Vaccinations:

  • Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Flu documentation required by November 2nd
  • COVID-19 vaccination documentation required (with options for declination)

• Note: Candidates within a 30-mile radius of the facility are not accepted. First-time travelers are also not accepted.
