Anonymous1.0ratingHigh pay, terrible communication. Five different employees in five different states asking me for the same information. They don't talk to each other. They lost my drug screen results. They made a mistake on every single pay period except one. It's a huge corporation where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. My recruiter was nice but she had to ask many different people two or three times to get things done on my behalf. I had trouble with their app and they said I wasn't tech savvy and they wouldn't pay me if I couldn't use the app. Run far, far, away from Medical Solutions!
