Description
Shift: 9p - 7a, 7 ON / 7 OFF
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 35 average (70 hours per 2 week pay period)
• Weekend Hours: 20 hours Every Other.
• Call Requirements: None.
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 167
• Equipment: Omnicell
• EHR: Meditech Magic

Qualifications/Skills:
- Required Certifications:
- State Licensure Requirements: Active, unrestricted TN Board of Pharmacy Licensure
- Minimum year’s experience: 3-5+
- Required experience: Meditech, Omnicell, sterile compounding, renal dosing, independence
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with a PharmD or equivalent degree
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Medhost (minimal interaction as ED HER – can teach basics)
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
• Strong knowledge of drug therapies, dosing, interactions, and compounding practices
• Experience with electronic medication records and order entry systems (e.g., Pyxis, EPIC)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to function independently and make sound clinical decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and hospital compliance requirements
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace
