Description

As travel nurses ourselves, we understand the reasons to avoid an agency you haven't worked with. To reward you for giving us a chance, we'll include a $1,000 bonus on your 1st paycheck, when you work your 1st assignment (of 8 weeks or more) with us.

EMSA OK - BSN NOT REQ NICU RN PM SHIFT **minimum 2 years of experience** 1st time travelers accepted **FLOATING REQUIRED: 1st to float; to Peds, PICU or CVICU with as comparable patients as possible* **REQUIRED- Must work with vents 2-3 shifts/week, 1 x week is not enough** **PEDS HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Unit Details: • Average Daily Census: 62/day • 104 beds • Ratios are 1:1-3 • Charting: Cerner • Travelers not expected to attend high-risk deliveries. • In unit surgeries (PDAs, or unstable for OR cases), ECMO (travelers not expected to do), Nitric Oxide Special Equipment: • Oscillator vents • No Jet vents • conventional vents • bubble CPAP • NIPPV Required Certs/Skills: • BCLS • NRP • PALS • Vents • IV Starts Preferred Skills: • Previous experience in academic medical center (Level III and Level IV) vastly preferred. • Peds hospital experience required for floating **Precepting Students- It is the expectation that all travel RNs precept students after the traveler has been independent for at least 2 weeks**
