Description

As travel nurses ourselves, we understand all the reasons to avoid taking an assignment with an agency you've never worked with before. We want to reward you for giving us a chance, so when you sign for your first assignment (of 13 weeks or more) with us from now until August 31st we will include a $1,000 bonus on your first paycheck.

*Per Mandate that Healthcare professionals have proof of vaccination or declination. If not vaccinated=>a covid test is needed to be taken 48hrs before shift Role: Case Manager RN Shift: Day ; 08hrs ; 40hrs/weekly M-F ; every other weekend. Description & Responsibilities: Patient assessment working with payers and Medicare timely discharge ensuring patient appropriate level of care observation vs. inpatient. Active knowledge with obtaining authorization for continued stay. Start: ASAP Requirements: Database: EPIC Education and Work Experience 1. Starting April 1 2015. Minimum 5 years work experience post-graduation of an accredited school of nursing and a current state Registered Nurse license. 2. Grandfathered prior to April 1, 2015. Minimum 5 years post graduate of an accredited school Of Social Work for Licensed Clinical Social Worker. However, RN Case Manager preferred. 3. Five years acute care nursing experience preferred. At least one year experience in case management, discharge planning or nursing management, preferred. 4. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate, preferred. 5. Knowledge of Milliman Criteria and InterQual Criteria preferred. 6. Experience and knowledge in basic to intermediate computer skills.
