We want to reward you for giving us a chance, so when you sign for your first assignment (of 13 weeks or more) with us from now until August 31st we will include a $1,000 bonus on your first paycheck.CT/X-Ray Tech 4x10s Variable Shift Times • Wed – 1300 to 2330 • Thursday – 1300 to 2330 • Sat – 1100 to 2130 • Sun – 1100 to 2130 **Prefer 2 years or more, but will take 1 year experience** 1st time travelers are allowed WITH children's hospital experience Department: Radiology/Imaging Services Daily Caseload: approx. 10-25 per 8 hour shift Call Requirements: 6-10 shifts per 4 week schedule period Float Requirements: Coverage for XR and CT Patient Population: Neonates, Infant, Peds, Adolescents Department Details, Types of Cases and/or Scans, Patient Diagnoses: Pediatric-only patient population, unless adult patient presents to ED requiring assessment and stabilization prior to transfer. Require excellent verbal communication skills and age-specific care capabilities. Technologists perform CT and X-ray cases as the caseload requires and as instructed by shift lead technologist. Pediatric Level II Trauma Center, with a high volume of orthopedic cases in the ED and OR and high volume of general ED visits as well as portable exams. Candidate must be capable of handling complex cases of pediatric oncology, non-accidental trauma, and neglect with sensitivity to patient and family. Required Certifications/Licenses: BLS ARRT Flouro Permit California CRT Experience Preferred: • RIS: Cerner RadNet • PACS: Fuji Synapse • CT Equipment: Siemens Required Work Setting Skills: Outpatient Inpatient Operating Room ER NICU PICU Required General Skills Experience: IV Start PACS Portables C-Arm Contrast Siemens CT Scaner Required X-ray Procedure Experience: Extremities Abdomen/GI Spine/Pelvis Head Chest/ Thorax Musculoskeletal Fluoroscopy Studies Lower Extremities Upper Extremities Surgery/C-Arm Required CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen Pelvis Head/Neck Chest Spine Musculoskeletal Multiplanar Reconstruction
