Must have IN or compact license IN HAND to sub. No pending licenses accepted. 3x12s Effective 9/1/21, the COVID vaccine is required for all travelers at IU Health campuses. Declinations will not be accepted, however medical or religious exemptions will be accepted with a doctors note provided.
