Cardiothoracic Surgery RNFOCUS ON PROGRESSIVE CARECare provided on the Unit: Cardiothoracic Surgery Progressive Care unit, includes cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery and vascular surgery as well as heart failure (advanced therapies). 36 hrsper week 12hr Nights/rotating Shift (would consider permanent nights and rotating) Weekend requirement: approximate 4-6 shifts per 6 week schedule Holiday requirement: either Thanksgiving/New Years or Christmas On-Call: No Prefer at least 2yrs experience Possible reassignments to other units within competency Basic Knowledge Assessment Test (BKAT) is required Lawson code 1707/ CC100203 Unit is located in the Main Hospital 10thfloor, West and Central Wings 35 BED UNIT 1:3-4 Nurse to Pt ratio Dress code: Ceil blue or White scrubs RN3
