Description

As travel nurses ourselves, we understand all the reasons to avoid taking an assignment with an agency you've never worked with before. We want to reward you for giving us a chance, so when you sign for your first assignment (of 13 weeks or more) with us from now until August 31st we will include a $1,000 bonus on your first paycheck.

Minimal requirements/experience:2 years IMC Ventilator management (basic troubleshooting, suctioning, care)vasopressor, antidysrhythmic, and insulin dripBasic ICU skills to include tracheostomy, chest tubeNIHSS, ACLS, BLSStaff expectationsFloat to all areas - Cardiac Step-down/Intermediate ICU 12 beds, CVICU (will not take open heart/valve post op day 1), ICU, and COVID ICU.Participate in all unit projects- will detail on site.Base schedule is every other weekend but may change depending on unit needs. Will not schedule every weekend unless requestedAny guaranteed requested days off must be requested in contract but will work with nurses on site using our existing time off requests.Basic details Step down/ IMC 4:5-112 hour shifts 0 Must clock in and out for lunch breakTeam lead on site 24 hours
