About Quality Clinicians
We are travelers building the kind of agency we always wanted, while still working assignments.
We are transparent. Our clinicians are just as important to us as our customers.
We only hire clinicians we'd be glad to work with on the same unit. If approved, you will get your own admin dedicated to helping you with everything before, during, and after each assignment for your entire time with us.
I didnt end up working with them because I dont have my californai license yet, but Terrance was soooo helpful and I hope to work with them once I get my license!
Jessica is my recruiter and she has helped me stay on top of everything!
As an RT I was a little hesitant to work with a company called Quality Nurses but I've taken 3 assignments with them and now they changes their name to Quality Clinicians. I feel seen haha
My recruiter us a traveler!
My only complaint is they changed payroll providers 3 times in the last 18 months haha, but i like who they use now best (Paychex) so I guess it was worth it. But seriously it is cool having a recruiter (love you Denica!) who is also a traveler and her admin makes sure I don't forget anything and that everything is taken care of in time, which is nice since I get worried about remembering everything.
