Job Description:

Speech and Language Pathologist $2500.00 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking:
  • An enthusiastic and creative full-time Speech/Language Pathologist to provide excellent supports to persons on the autism spectrum.
  • Responsibilities include assessing skills on a regular basis, creating programming and monitoring progress on goals and objectives at our day school.
  • Be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work directly with students and train staff who assist with programming.
  • A background in augmentative and alternative communication is helpful.
  • Research encouraged

Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech and Language Pathology or related area.
  • ASHA certification
  • Rhode Island Department of Education Certification in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Three years experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities.

A great intro to traveling
