Description

*1 year of Home Health experience required in the last 3 years.

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $41.82/hr Taxed ($1,672.80/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687.00/wk =
• $3,359.80/wk Gross Eligibility

•Setting: Home Health
•Shift: 8 hour M-F or 4-10's during the workweek
•On Call/Weekend requirements: 1 weekend monthly
•Coverage area: no guaranteed territory. will recommend housing near facility address
•Average miles per day/week: 40 daily
•Job License/Certification requirements: OR and WA RN
•Common Equipment & Charting System: Laptop/EPIC
