Job Details – OR RN Travel Assignment

• Location: Camden, New Jersey (08103) – Convenient to the Delaware River waterfront, diverse dining, and Philadelphia metro area
• Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Operating Room Registered Nurse
• Healthcare Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center, General Operating Room
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (No on-call required)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Start Date: September 8, 2025
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200–$2360

Qualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse

• Active New Jersey RN license (required for all New Jersey nursing jobs)
• Minimum 3 years of professional OR nursing experience
• Level 1 trauma center experience (required)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications (required)
• BSN degree preferred
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including at least one booster
• Excellent attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring
• Strong organizational skills for coordination of care in the operating room

Key Responsibilities – OR RN Travel Nurse

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to surgical patients in a Level 1 trauma operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of safety
